My daughter is hooked on pacifiers! She can not let them go! I mean she is 3 so I don't know if it's too long but no one else at her daycare her age uses them. She has to have one when she sleeps, when she's watching tv, when she's playing games. Basically the only time she isn't using one is when she's eating. I blame myself, she refused to use one when she was teething so I had to put a little sugar on it so she would put it in her mouth. I tried everything! I tried freezing it, giving it to her before food, basically everything it says in the baby books. I only did it a handful of times until she got used to the feeling. Now she won't let go. I read something about hanging it on a tree and telling them the "binky fairy" is going to take it to another little boy or girl. Guess that's next.
